Psalm 121

I lift my eyes to the hills---where does my help come from?---My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. In the news this morning it was assumed that someone found the missing link that would make it clear that we came from monkeys. We all know that not only does our help come from the Lord but we also know that He formed us from the dirt of the earth and made us perfect and whole and with fingers and toes etc. My body is perfectly formed just as the Lord of Heaven intended it to be and no Scientist will ever change my mind. I praise God everyday for my body and even though it is showing signs of getting old it still is a wonderful work of art.

spring

Is'nt spring glorious. Spring and Fall are my two favorite times of the year and although we do not have a spring like I remember when I was a young girl it still is so great to see everything come to life. Our geese in our parks pond have five little babies and they are so cute. It is to bad that they have to grow up to be such messy birds. Our pennisula (a beach and nature sanctuary) is showing signs of so much coming to life; birds, deer, coyetes and much more. We have at this time of year about 90% of the birds in this country migrating and it is a haven for many bird watchers from all over the area and other states. We have so much to be thankful for with all the beauty that God has put in our lives to appreciate. We should be praising Him everyday as we have so very much.

Gods goodness

I just read my grandsons testimony on the blog spot that my daughter-in-law writes (heartsinservice.blogspot.com). After reading this tremendous testimony I certainly hope many read it because it is a real testimonial of the struggles of my grandson and yet he remains true to his love for the Lord. It is a lesson for all of us because how many times do we struggle with things in our lives and say oh how come I am going through all of this and why me. I am having a hard time to adjusting to some of the physical changes in my life as I grow older and taking medicines I never thought I would have to take but after reading Nathans testimony my struggles are nothing and I should be praising the Lord for the good health that I do have. I thank my Saviour for always being with me and bringing me to my knees when I fail to realize how very fortunate I am to be able to still do the things I can. I am praising God for Nathan and know that He is by his side and will do great and wonderful things for him and know that God never fails and brought Nathan into our lives to teach us some very important lessons.
